Our start in Division 4 league had been delayed by an administrative error outside the club ! So it was nice to kickoff our first game in the correct division this evening at home against Hollymount Carramore.
The first half of the game was a tight affair as we played into a stiff breeze but we still had a lead of two points at the break.
In the second half , we managed to stretch out our advantage out and win comfortably in the end. Hollymount Carramore had the bare 15 players available and in truth this was probably a significant factor in the final result as we got a definite boost bringing fresh players off the bench for the second half.
Next up will be Lahardane at home again !
