Kilmeena travelled to Louisburgh in a highly anticipated clash between the Clew Bay neighbours. The game was full of twists and turns. This started with a instant goal from Coalach Halligan. This was the ideal foundation for the game however Louisburgh returned the favour 8 minutes later. This time Louisburgh pushed on from this goal and they never looked back. Two missed goal opportunitys would come back to bite Kilmeena. The scoreline ended with Louisburgh victors.
