The bright evening sunshine and sharp northerly wind yesterday evening, Wednesday, welcomed the return of the Junior Ladies, coupled with the minor girls, to St Brendan's Park for their opening training session of 2021. In keeping with previous team returns, despite the lockdown, it was evident that the girls hadn't lost any of their enthusiasm for the game as the management team put them through their paces. Hopefully, this level of interest will prevail for the season as we cautiously and confidently approach the first of the competitive matches in "June."
