Noreen Johnston was conferred with the ‘2020 Club Person of the Year' award last Thursday evening at a surprise presentation at the Clubhouse. Noreen was acknowledged for her commitment and selfless work as the "Kilmeena GAA Healthy Club Officer", providing the leadership and energy required to meet the challenges needed to attain "Healthy Club" status for Kilmeena GAA Club.
Also highly commended for assisting the GAA Covid-19 community response team, which focused on supporting the most vulnerable and those living or cocooning alone without family support or the regular social networks. Thank you, Noreen, from all in our Club.
