The Kilmeena Minor Girls home game against The Neale this evening Monday the 18th of March. The Captain for this game was Ava Ryder. Underfoot conditions were sticky following on very heavy rainfall earlier in the day. Kilmeena played into the wind in the first half and made the better start taking well-executed scores. Despite a brave performance by a young Neale team there was only going to be one winner. Kilmeena tagged on more scores & by half time they were well on the way, in the second half the home team started where they left off. Despite this, The Neale were not going to give easily scoring two excellent goals, but it wasn't going to be their night as the home team finished out the game strongly. Overall this was a great team performance despite the conditions, thank you to the Neale for a sporting game.
